To approve the document and all modifications, press Approve, and a new version of the document will be created. The document can still be edited afterward, creating another version with each edit.
Upon approval, the platform will provide validation warnings when necessary. Examples of warnings include:
- Arithmetic warnings
- External data association warnings (e.g., new products on invoices)
- Critical warnings (e.g., missing required values)
To configure these warnings, go to Workflow folder settings. You can configure users that have approval permissions for each workflow folder in Workflow steps.
Important: The SenseTask platform learns from your previous associations, so it’s essential to approve only documents with correct data and associations. Otherwise, the accuracy of future processing may be negatively impacted.
You can always cancel modifications and revert to the previous version of the document by accessing Cancel changes.
