Delete or move file, download the original

You can delete, move a file, or download the original file.

Delete a file #

To delete one or more files, select them in Files and click Delete at the bottom of the page. Confirm to delete the files.

Once deleted, you can find the documents in Files > Deleted. From here, you can restore them to the original folder by selecting them and clicking Restore, or you can Permanently delete them.

Move a file #

To move one or more files, select them in Files and click Move at the bottom of the page. Choose the desired new location and confirm.

Download the file #

To download the original file in Files, hover over the file and click the downward arrow icon to the right of the file. You can also do this from Review or Summary mode. Click on the three-dot button and select Download.
