Labels for data capturing

To configure the data you want to extract from documents, access the settings of the respective workflow folder Workflow folder settings.

  1. Select Labels to detect from the left-hand panel.
  2. To move a label from one group to another, hold down the icon with six vertical dots and drag it to the desired group.
  3. To edit the name of a label group, click Edit next to the group name.

To configure a label’s properties, click Edit next to the label. A panel on the right will open, allowing you to adjust the label’s settings.

From this panel, you can configure:

  • Label name
  • Data type. To synchronize external data into a label, select Single select from synced resource from List under Data Type.
  • Mandatory status. Choose if this label is mandatory or not during review process.
  • Label color
  • Set as Pre-filled Label. To pre-fill this label with certain data for all files uploaded into this workflow folder (e.g., automatically populate the Supplier Tax ID label for all invoices uploaded to this folder), check this box. You can set the default label value in Workflow > Update data > Pre-fill label values)

To publish all changes, click Publish in the top-right corner of the folder settings screen.
