If you wish find an issue and need to contact our Support you can do this:
- in Review mode of a file, select the 3 dot icon from top right and click on Report an isssue
- Select the Problem type and enter the Details.
- Click Send
- Our support team will receive a notification and we will contact you as soon as possible.
For Enterprise subscription plan you can also contact your account representative.
If you encounter an issue and need to reach out to our Support team, follow these steps:
- Report an Issue from Review mode
- While in Review mode of a file, click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Report an Issue from the dropdown menu.
- Provide Details
- Choose the Problem Type that best describes the issue.
- Enter a detailed description to help us understand and resolve the problem efficiently.
- Submit the Report
- Click Submit to submit your report.
Our support team will receive your notification and contact you as soon as possible to assist.
