Import RO e-invoices from ANAF SPV

In SenseTask, you can import/download e-invoices from your organization’s Virtual Private Space (ANAF SPV).

To download e-invoices from SPV into a folder, first verify that an integration template with SPV has been created, authorized, and selected under Import in the folder settings. If you have not completed these steps, refer to Configuring RO e-invoice SPV ANAF integration.

Important: SenseTask will import only new invoices from the last 60 days in SPV. If an invoice already exists in SenseTask (even in a different folder), it will not be re-imported.

  • Navigate to the folder where you want to download e-invoices.
  • Click Import in the top right corner of the screen.
  • A modal window will appear displaying the default import template for this folder. If you want to change it, go to Default import template.
  • If you see a red notification indicating that the template has expired, you will need to reauthorize it at Configuring RO e-invoice SPV ANAF integration.
  • Click Import.

If you do not see the Import button, this means that a default import template is not defined for this folder (see Default import template).
