To upload documents/files to a specific folder from your PC:
- Select the desired folder from the left panel in the Files screen.
- Click on the Upload files button in the top right corner of the screen. You can also drag and drop documents onto the screen.
- Click Choose files and select the file(s) you wish to upload. If the uploaded file contains multiple documents, see Splitting a file with multiple documents.
- Click Start upload and processing.
Wait until the documents are no longer in “processing” status.
Accepted file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG. PDF (electronic, not scanned) is recommended for higher data extraction accuracy.
Resolution: The resolution of a scanned document significantly affects accuracy. For scanned documents, a minimum resolution of 200dpi is recommended.
