Upload files from your PC

To upload documents/files to a specific folder from your PC:

  1. Select the desired folder from the left panel in the Files screen.
  2. Click on the Upload files button in the top right corner of the screen. You can also drag and drop documents onto the screen.
  3. Click Choose files and select the file(s) you wish to upload. If the uploaded file contains multiple documents, see Splitting a file with multiple documents.
  4. Click Start upload and processing.

Wait until the documents are no longer in “processing” status.

Accepted file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG. PDF (electronic, not scanned) is recommended for higher data extraction accuracy.

Resolution: The resolution of a scanned document significantly affects accuracy. For scanned documents, a minimum resolution of 200dpi is recommended.
