In SenseTask, you can upload files to a workflow folder by email.
- Navigate to a workflow folder and click on Folder Settings (Workflow folder settings).
- In the left panel, select Workflow > Import and click on Receive files by email.
- Click Create email address. An email address will be created for this folder to receive documents.
Any attachment (PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG) sent to this folder’s email address will be uploaded to the location and processed according to the document type assigned to the folder.
Since files will be processed automatically, splitting a file containing multiple documents will not be possible.
