A CSV export template is available for all users by default, you can also define additional export templates.
If you haven’t configured the desired integrations/exports, go to Configure export integrations.
To export a document:
- Go to Files, select the desired file, and check it.
- Click Export in the action bar that appears.
- Select the desired export template and click Export.
- An export window will open in the lower right corner of the screen, displaying the status of the export process.
- In case of an error, the export will appear in red in this window. Click to view and resolve the error. Contact our support team if the error persists.
For exports configured with a direct integration via web services, it is not recommended to export multiple files at once (in case of an error in the export process. Depending on export reponse type, it could be difficult to identify which document caused the error).
