If, when setting up an export template for an integration, you chose to load external data (e.g., item catalogs, account plans, inventory, partners from an ERP system), this data needs to be synchronized in SenseTask labels.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and select the desired integration. You will see a list of created export templates. Next to the newly created template, click the three-dot button in the Actions column, then select Synchronize.
After starting a synchronization process, it is recommended to wait for it to complete before starting another one; simultaneous synchronization across multiple labels is not advised.
Once synchronized, you will be able to view this data in the document review process within the respective fields and associate it with document labels.
You can also synchronize this data during document review. For this, access Step 4: associate with external data.
If you do not see this data in the respective fields in review after synchronization, check if, in the label configuration for this workflow folder, Workflow folder settings > Labels to capture > select the label > Data type > Single selection from catalog option is selected.
